Jeb Bush on Donald Trump's comments about banning muslims

Jeb Bush commented about Donald Trump and his statement on banning all Muslims from the US. Jeb said that Trump is the Republican Obama. He thinks that Trump will divide this nation as President Obama has. He also mentioned that He does not believe Trump has really grasped that thought of really becoming president. He said that all of what Trump is saying he will do is not necessarily realistic and is would not bring this nation together like it has been.

Women in Combat

This article is about how the US military leaders lifted the ban on women joining in on combat positions. It is said that the women's roles have been an "integral" part of the military. This will let open thousands of jobs in the future. They believe that even though 15% of the military is made up of women, there will be a higher percentage in the near future. Upwards of 230,000 jobs will be open.

US Airstrikes

One of the large leaders of Al-Shabaab and ISIS each were killed in the recent U.S. Airstrikes. The Al-Shabaab leader Ukash was killed in the US airstrikes in Somilia on Wednesday. The senior leader of ISIS in Libya Abu Nabil was killed November 13 in an airstrike. It is said that this demonstrates the fact that we will continue to take ISIL leaders where ever they operate.

This article is about how the bombs that were left on the site of the San Bernardino shooting were set to go off when the first responders arrived. Luckily, the pipe bombs did not detonate like they were planned to. This was supposed to kill more, but also scare first responders to future situations. The police found more explosives and ammunition when they looked at the house of the terrorists. The investigators are trying to figure out how the assault rifle that the couple had got in to their possession.

Security Trumps Compassion

It is said in this article that during WWII that only 3% of Americans believed we should have accepted 500 Jewish refugees. Now there have been polls about the Syrian refugees that President Obama wants to bring in to the US in the next year. It is said through many different polls, that about 55% of Americans think we are better off in this time of terror without the Syrian refugees. And now around 83% of US citizens believe that there will be an act of terror that will cost a large number of lives.

Obama is to speak tonight on keeping America safe during these difficult times. It is said that he needs to work with congress to pass gun laws. This address is in light of the recent events that happened in San Bernardino, California and the Paris attacks. He plans to talk about what ways the government has taken security measures since the Paris attacks and the 9/11 attacks as well.
